Privacy Policy
We barely know you exist.
Last updated: June 2026
The short version
We do not collect your personal data. We do not sell it, trade it, or even particularly want it. This site is a read-only tool for looking at London transport information. There are no accounts, no logins, no profiles, and no interest in who you are or where you are going.
What we collect
When you visit this site, our hosting provider may log standard server information: your IP address, the page you requested, your browser type, and the time of the request. This is the same information every web server on Earth collects. We do not use it to identify you. We use it, if at all, in aggregate to understand whether the site is working.
If you use the journey planner or fare calculator, those requests are sent directly to the TfL Open Data API from our server. Your origin and destination are passed to TfL as query parameters. We do not log or store them. TfL's own privacy policy applies to their handling of that data.
What we definitely do not collect
- Your name, email address, or any contact information
- Your location (we do not request it)
- Your payment details (there is nothing to pay for)
- Your journey history
- Any data about your device beyond what the server log captures
Third-party data
All transport data is sourced from the TfL Unified API, which is provided under the TfL Open Data licence. When your browser loads this site, it may also make requests to Google Fonts for typography. Google's privacy policy governs those requests.
Cookies
We use only technically necessary cookies. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have a question you cannot resolve through that logic, you can contact us and we will do our best to help.
Changes
If we ever change this policy in a meaningful way — which would require us to start doing something we currently do not do — we will update the date at the top of this page.
